PROCEEDING

Presenters need to submit their PROCEEDING PAPER to be reviewed by the conference committee prior to ICIEST 2025.

  • The PROCEEDING PAPER should be written in English language ONLY.
  • The full paper must be original, have not been presented or submitted to any other conferences, and have not been published in any journal or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Otherwise, the PROCEEDING PAPER will be automatically rejected, and no refunds will be granted. The organizer has the right to cancel any article for the PROCEEDING PAPER that does not meet the submission guideline with/without the author and co-author(s) consent.
  • The full paper must be submitted in MS Word Format (.doc/.docx).
  • Please rename your full paper file according to the following format: ICIEST2024_ CONFERENCE ID.doc/.docx.
  • All PROCEEDING PAPER will be published in ISBN
  • The PROCEEDING PAPER must be written between 2000 to 5000 words and maximum 4 pages. Please prepare your PROCEEDING PAPER using the following template.

  • After receiving the acceptance email notification, you can submit your PROCEEDING PAPER using the link provided below.

INDEXED JOURNAL

ICIEST 2025 invites manuscripts based on original research in various areas and aims to foster a dynamic platform for interdisciplinary dialogue, bringing together brilliant minds from education, science & technology and related disciplines. All presenters of ICIEST 2025 are welcome to submit full papers for publication in an indexed journal.

Publication

Submitted full papers will be published in indexed journals (MYCITE) depending on the selected journal by authors. Details for the scope of the journal, author guidelines, and template may be referred to the website of each journal.

Remarks: FULL PAPERS SUBMITTED TO BE PUBLISHED SHOULD BE DIFFERENT from the ones submitted to ICIEST 2025. Your potential articles can be the extension of your research presented in ICIEST 2025.

PRE-RECORDED VIDEO GUIDELINES

  1. Content: Background, Problem statement, Objective, Methodology, Findings, Contribution to Society, and Project Demo.
  2. Duration of the pre-recorded video: 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Rename your video file according to the following format (CONFERENCE_ ID_TITLE.mp4).
  4. All presenters must submit video recordings in MP4 format. Presenters should be visible in both the video recording and/or within the frames/slides.
  5. All wording on the presentation must be clear and large enough to read.
  6. Prepare a pre-recorded video that clearly shows your face and includes a clear verbal explanation.
